when checking in with your ADR? I don't know why but I always get nervous like they are going to say...sorry you don't exist:rotfl:. I get up at 6am on day 180 and work diligently for months planning, planning and replanning. By the time vacation comes, I am so worried about forgetting to print out a confirmation its not even funny. I remember last year, we left for the parks and midway through the day I realized I left my confirmation print out in the room and worried all afternoon we would be turned away.

I'm already starting to worry about this year's trip bc I have had so many problems with the online system not letting me access or cancel without retrying numerous times.

Any horror stories of being turned away bc you didn't have your confirmation number or Disney "lost" your ADR? Can that even happen?

I ALWAYS worry about my ressies not being found when I go to check in! They're always there, but I'll probably always worry. Even with my confirmations printed!

I'm glad I'm not alone! Does Disney ever lose reservations? What happens if they can't find you? I would be devestated!

I don't worry about it but there was one instance where the CM couldn't pull up our lunch ADR at 50s PTC. When DH made the ADR, the CM spelled our names completely wrong and for some reason they couldn't match up our phone number either. We were still seated. DH also made our breakfast ADR for Cape May for the next day and the manager at PTC worked some magic and was able to secure one for us there too so we wouldn't have another problem checking in the next day.

I had a lost ADR in October at Sci Fi, and after planning and planning and making an entire itinerary I had not brought my confirmation numbers with me to the parks that day. Luckily the manager was super great about it and our party of 6 was seated anyway with very little wait. The experience will definitely help me remember to bring my confirmations with me always, though!

I read a few of these stories last year and worried enough to bring my list of ADRs along with us. Never had any problems though! :thumbsup2 I'll still bring a list next trip however, just-in-case.

This happened to me last August at Sci-Fi as well. It took them a long time to find our names. And the sun was ruthless, I was like, "please find our names so we can sit in the air conditioning.":worship:

I always worry, too. I bring along a printed copy of our confirmation numbers, but I also type them into a memo on my cell phone just in case I accidentally leave the list in our room. I don't know why I worry, though...in 12 trips we've never had a problem!

I have had it happen a few times but it always turns out to be that they have my name spelled incorrectly. So don't panic...just suggest they keep looking.

Yes, I worry too, but as a PP said, I type them in my phone and take a hard copy so if I forget the hard copy, I still have the number. I have never had a problem there, but I did find last fall that they couldn't find my most important ADR in the system when I called to verify that they were all there before we left. It was for CRT and I was so upset. The CM just kept saying that it wasn't there. When I called back later to speak to someone, the new CM kept asking questions and finally found it. They had input one number from my phone number incorrectly. She couldn't change it, so I had to make a note of my "new phone number" in case they needed it when I checked in. It was bizarre!

This morning, I got up at 4:45 CST since the online reservation system opened at 5:00 a.m. our time. I found that by inputting my own information, I felt much more secure that all of my information was correct. They were all attached to my hotel reservation and when I pulled them up, I could see them all on my reservation. I really liked that as it is easy for me to verify they are there.
