How long do I have to Dis-mischief?? Who are my allies?? Where will I relocate?? Who's got some underground caves and tunnels I can use??

HOWEVER; we must insist on the following:

1) You will permit Inspectors free and unfettered access to all parts of Goofusland, Fishland, Debsterland and any other so called places of "amusement" to conduct radom searches for your WMD (Wisenheimer Mischiefious Delusions).

2) You will immediately fully disclose the status of all banded substances you have been KNOWN to be using in past
{et seq} "pasta flinging", "unrealistic persceptions of the age of others", "driving habits" etc., etc., etc.

Rejection or incomplete adherence to these demands will lead to "serious CONSEQUENCES".
