I have myself and my two daughters (3,8)on my reservation. We hit the 45 day mark on June 17. At this point I am not sure if my sister may join us. I think I am remembering that the CM had told me that I would not be charged a fee to add her after the 45 day mark since it would be additional money (adding someone) and that I could add her with no fee right up to check-in day. (It is a package).

"Techinically" there is a change fee for anything after the 45 day point. However, that fee is usually waived if you are doing an upgrade (i.e. giving Disney more money).

We have added an additional person a few weeks before going. If you are adding things no charge!! THere may be the 3 day rule for adding dining, plus you would want to add her to your reservations prior to that ( if you have dining reservations) I would even add her to the dining reservations now to make sure, you can always cancel that portion if she doesn't go ( no charge for that only a few like HDDR, luau and Castle that are prepaid and have to cancel 48 hrs prior)
