Ok don't answer that I know I am. LOL We will be in WDW from 12/30 to 1/4. I could not get ressies at any Universal Hotels. We are AP holders at both US/IOA and WDW. We are huge HP. We went for 3 days in Aug. We stayed at HRH and had a blast. I want to go to WWOHP and Grinchmas. Any helpful suggestions??? My boys will be upset if we don't visit Harry.

Will you have a car? I would just arrive super early one day and have fun. We always hop between Universal and WDW so I definitely don't think you're crazy. Unless we both are.

Well here is the crowd already and we aren't even in Universal.. I am going the week before, don't worry about being crazy.. we all are to some extent. That is what makes it fun

If you check on the Loews website, you will see the problem is the night of Dec. 30. If you are willing to check in on Dec. 31st, rooms are available at RPR and HRH (I didn't check PBR). They are very expensive, but available. There does not seem to be availability for an AP rate, but that isn't really a surprise.

I would go on the morning of the 3rd and/or the 4th, they are predicting the crowds to be back to off-peak again judging by the park closing time. That would be your best bet even if you don't stay onsite, it won't be a madhouse and it "might" even be a lower than average crowd time.
