My husband ordered me a bouquet of flowers for yesterday and paid top dollar for them. The only problem is that they never got here.
He got a delivery conformation and everything and I never even saw the flower company down my street. Has anyone else experienced this from 1800Flowers.com before? This is not our first bad purchase from them, I don't know what my husband was thinking ordering from them. I personally think they are way over priced and do not deliver what the advertise. I want a full refund and they can keep their flowers. Who needs flowers when you are leaving to go to Disney in 4 days!!

I will post an update when I finally get through to them. I am 787th person in line on their chat with customer service and am also on the phone on hold. Just how I want to spend my day instead of packing.
