As others have said, if you can go to the zoo you can do WDW.
Hit the parks when the kids are at their best, and leave before they are at their worst.
It is nice to stay at a monorail resort, but dont let the buses scare you. Our kids think they are just another ride. Strollers are a pain on the bus, but ya know... getting to anywhere with kids is a pain... but often worth it once your there.
If you are on a limited budget, try getting two connecting rooms at ALL STARS. Two bathrooms, and two bedrooms... great for napping kids.
Someone also suggested renting points from a DVC member. This is a great option too, but be forewarned... the 1 and 2 bedroom villas are DEVINE, and will spoil you for all other hotel rooms. My husband wanted nothing to do with DVC until we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa at OKW. Now we own 1000 points.
Buffets are great with smalls kids... you can get in and out pretty fast and the kids section seems to please....
Have fun planning!
