I have been reading some of the post on the main board, and the one about what not to miss got me thinking, there are something I have not done on the past 3 cruise, which I'm going to try/do this cruise.
I have never been to the night clubs at night, just for the castaway club meeting, never been in the spa/gym, not even to look at it, never been in the pools/hot tubs, or done any of the ship tours, so I hope to do all or most of them this time.

Will call Tues. to order my basket from Shirley, she did such a nice job on the last one I order, I can't wait to see what she does this time.

Ok, off to pack and watch POC I (still have not seen it) so when on the ship I will understand POC 2, I'm in for movie night.

I agree with you as there are things that I have yet to see on the ship. I plan on taking the DD and DS to try the game show stuff and see a movie. Also, DH has not been to any of the night clubs on board. We will solve that one this time too.

As for the rainforest room, been there plan on being there one week from today. Actually, I plan to see if they are offering the multi-day pass and I will spend plenty of time there.

Hi all!
We are on the 9/9 magic. Me, DH, Sister, and BIL. We will try to shoot for the mickey pool at 3pm to meet some of ya'll.

CAN"T WAIT FOR FRIDAY (the Magic begins as we are flying out that day) and praying Florence won't be an issue at all for us!!!!

Is anyone the slightest bit worried about us getting out on Saturday? I am thinking it will be fine, but I am not a mariner. I don't want a short cruise! I could care less about where we go or how we get there. I just want my 7 days! LOL

Not too worried (yet). NOAA is projecting that the winds for 5 days from today will be less than 5% and some ways out from the Florida coast. I figure (perhaps incorrectly) that if the winds are less than 5% of the storm force, that it won't be too icky. Here's the LINK to the graphic page on NOAA. It shows the wind model & the estimated track (which puts it east of Cuba on Sunday).

I just want to get on the ship! Saturday can't come fast enough.

Sitting here at work and surfing the boards.....Just wishing I was on the boat right now.

This time next week we will be in Cozumel. I will be hanging with the dolphins.

Can't wait to see everyone on board. I haven't decided what I will be wearing, but DH will be wearing his Florida Gators shirt, seeing as how the Gators are playing that evening.

Just to be sure though, I'll have my Dramamine (and extra if anyone needs some). Starting the ginger root tomorrow or Friday.

Natural alternative to dramamine. Supposed to be just as effective but not have the side effects of dramamine. Even with the non-drowsy kind, I still feel dopey all day. So we'll give this a shot! My "twin" says it will work for me

Ginger seems to depend on your system... I was told that it would help nausea while I was pregnant, but it didn't do a thing for me (the only thing that did work was vanilla ice cream, which is *not* my favorite flavor).
