Always Had a Cat 6, Would We Be Satisfied With a Cat 11?

My family and I just got back from a wonderful Disney Cruise. This was our 2nd time, and both times we have had a Cat 6 balcony stateroom. We would love to cruise again, but don't want to wait an entire year to do so. The 2002 Fall special rates look appealing, and I figured out that if we stay in a Cat 11 stateroom, the cruise will cost less than 1/2 of our previous cruises, and we can cruise sooner. Can anyone offer any insight into whether or not we will be happy in a room with no window or balcony? I peeked into the inside staterooms on the same deck as our category 6 room was on (what cat are they?), and they were really nice. I actually preferred the layout of the room, except of course for the missing balcony and the split bath. How much smaller are the Cat 11 staterooms? Any other words of advice/wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

Chances are the room you looked into was a cat 11. We have stayed in both a cat 6 and a cat 11. While the balcony was nice I don't feel we used it enough to make up for the difference in price. I would rather cruise more often and give up the balcony.

We (3 adults, 2 children) went from a Cat4 cabin on our August 2000 cruise to two Cat10 cabins on our January 2002 cruise.

Cat 11/12 cabin is 184 square feet
Cat 5/6 cabin is 268 square feet (but that number includes the verandah)

You can see a layout of the cabins by going to the official DCL website.

I rotated and scaled the images so that you can compare them:
