Alternative to Lime Green Ribbon

The Lime Green Ribbons are for anyone going to WDW at anytime. I wore one last summer and got noticed by a CM that s also on the boards here.

I have a few extra Lime green Mickey heads if you need me to mail you a couple. Just PM me. Our HD had a lot of them and I only live 5 miles away, so I will visit often.

If you cannot find them, or do not have access to a home depot, why not print out the photo posted above, cut it, and then laminate it.

Believe it or not I haven't been able to find any lime green ribbon but I did find the Mickey heads at my local HD today and so picked several up. Mine are also the Sonic Boom color. We'll be at the World May 23rd thru May 31st, staying at CBR. Will be interesting to see if I see any Lime Green, ribbons or Mickey heads.

I also can send some out if anyone needs them. Our store has lots of them. Infact every color was filled, looks as if noone is taking them. My son took 1 of every color. He also got 3 stickers that they put on the can of paint after they mix it. They are pretty neat, with Sorcer Mickey on them with a paint brush.

It's a great idea ! I read this post on Friday, and picked mine up at the HD on my way home from work.

I will tape my lime green ribbons to it, and just let the ribbons dangle from it.

I went to my local Home Depot and they were completely out of all lime green Mickey heads.(they had about 3-4 different shades) I told the people in the paint department about this site and that they might need a lot more of them. lol We are going May 24-31st so if they don't get them in in the next few weeks, I might need someone to send them to me. Thanks for the tip. I had an impossible time finding lime green ribbon before my last trip. I'll have my lime green Mickeys in May.

... but is there a particular reason for the color "lime green?" Other than the obvious fact that it stands out and is visible.

Got mine yesterday. Okay....you have to know I'm not so crafty. So...any help in how I can make mine into a pin?? I can stiffen 'em up and then maybe glue gun a pin backing to it?? Would that work? Hope I see a lot of 'em in August. Thanks.
