Altering menu items?

I know the restaurants are great with allergies and such; however, I don't eat eggs (not an allergy, and fine if it's in something like a cake mix).
I am wondering if things that contain eggs, specifically the Shipwreck al Forno at the Bon Voyage a Breakfast can be made without the scrambled eggs. Any information is appreciated!

I am looking at the menu as I type this and the shipwreck doesn't have eggs in it.

This is the menu from all ears, unless Deb left something out, you don't have anything to worry about

I have no info on the Bon Voyage Breakfast, but I want to share a tip one of the food CM's gave me a while back. I was asked if my request was an allergy or a preference, and I think that is an efficient way to alert them to what they need to do. Disney is so great with allergies, but it does take them extra time if they follow full allergy protocol for every request.

I tell the CM at the restaurant or CS that it's a "preference" due to a bad reaction (mine is most types of dairy that a lactaid pill often doesn't help) but not an outright allergy. Discomfort (and worse), but not life threatening. That way I just get the ingredient deleted or subbed (like Tofutti for ice cream) but they don't have to take all the allergy precautions like avoiding cross contamination, special prep area, or anything very time consuming.

You can ask if it is possible to have an ingredient, sauce, or something left off. If it is a stand alone component on the plate or on the entree it can be omitted, but less likely if it is an ingredient within a pre-assembled item. The photos I've seen of the the Shipwreck shows everything is in the calzone except the Sunday Gravy. Josh at easywdw did a review of the breakfast earlier this month and the menu doesn't mention eggs, but he does mention them in his evaluation of the dish:

Hmmm...see? These reports are why I'm so confused about this item. Either way, I guess I just ask when I get there. They can either make it without, or not--or it doesn't have eggs at all, per menu. Worst case scenario, I end up with über-sweet pancakes instead.
