We don't usually have orka for T-day. But we have fried okra (or sometimes pronounced Oak-ree) all summer. Just like Fried Green Tomatos, and sweet tea.

I am from the north originally (Detroit area) so it took me some gettin' use ta before I like me some good southern cookin'
