princssdisnygina - I like your plans a lot - sounds like you have so much covered. Does the club IPO know that you would like to get into Ohana on the 14th? If not I would try and contact them with the info - maybe they will be able to work some magic - or maybe be on top of things if there is a cancellation ... worth a try anyway! Hope you and your friend have an AMAZING trip!

Saturday, 14 May - Arrive Poly 4pm - Check-in and relax. Try and get into Ohana for dinner. If not, we will head over to Whispering Canyon. He loves both places but thought it would be more fun to do Ohana for the whole Poly thing.

Have you contacted the Poly IPO to see if they can assist in getting you an ADR for 'Ohana??

Do those of you staying club level do online check in? We arrive in 13 days and am thinking we should not do it but have heard others say yes.

We did online check in last year.. Would never do it again. If you check in online. You will have to go to the main lobby and check in there! Stand in line and do the front desk check in like everyone else. If you do not do online check in. There is a check in area in the CL building where you sit down.. And get candy..If I were you I would not do online check in!

FYI... I just booked one for our trip. They did not ask for payment up front, they said I could put in on my room upon our arrival.

We just made another reservation for the premium cabana. They now have night time reservations. 7 p.m. To 12 a.m. So now we have an all day reservation for the regular cabana and the night reservation in the premium.

Club level theme park view. Cabana by the bar.. Who could ask for more! I will definatley take pics of both cabanas. I really would like to see more pics of the premium cabanas anyone have any? The pics earlier in the thread were very helpful and I didn't even know about the premium cabanas. So thank you tammydel !!!

WOW!!!..... is all I can say.(not really--LOL) That is going to be a swinging tent How cool is that to be able to rent. Keep the Pina Colavas and Lapu Lapus a flowin til the wee hours in comfort. Now....if it only had a private potty you could stay there all night...by choice(meaning not passed out til the morning lifeguards kick you out )

On our last trip we arrived at 7:05 am. They were more than happy at that time to store our bags for us until our room was ready.

We have also arrived at 7:00 a.m. for check-in at CL with luggage in tow. Surprisingly, on both occasions our room was ready for us. We weren't expecting that, but dropped the luggage in the room and headed for an 8:00 a.m. EMH at MK on one of the occasions.

At a bare minimum, bell services can take your luggage and store it while you head to AK.

I have never tried to deliver the luggage prior to check-in at a resort, but since folks do ship boxes and luggage these days--it shouldn't be a problem. Why not check with bell services while you are at CSR and see if it is a problem to do the night before drop off of luggage. Wouldn't you still have some items at CSR overnight that would need to be stored somewhere? What will you be doing with those necessities?

I am now single digit dancing! 9 Days until we leave! We are heading to Sarasota first for a couple of days to see a friend but I can still single digit dance! I will be at Disney in 11 days! YAYAYAYAYAY!!!

Ok.... Just a quick question... since we are staying CL would it be stupid to upgrade to Deluxe Dining? I am kinda thinking so but would like the thoughts of anyone who has done this? Or anyone else? TIA~!

We have done both the regular dining plan and deluxe with Club level. The Deluxe IS a lot of food ... but we have growing teenagers who love to eat. When we did the deluxe we did a lot more 2TS signature meals so that was nice. We also enjoyed having 2 snacks a day ... we used some for water at the parks if we were there for a while b/c one bottle carried from the room often didn't last the entire time at the parks. And there's nothing like a nice cold bottle of water in the heat!

Overall, we enjoyed the freedom of the deluxe b/c we didn't have to worry about running out of credits or using them to the extreme to get our money's worth ... it was nice to let the kids go over to captain cooks and order a burger and not worry about running out of credits.
