I have to admit that I'm another one of the minority here who prefers pinacolavas. It would be fantastic if they would serve them in a hollowed out pineapple too! I would also love to spork up some boozy pineappley goodness!

Do they sell sand toys (pails,shovels etc) at the Poly? I won't be able to bring them from home and the kids would probably like a few items to play with when we are at the beach. Does anyone know if they sell the castle shaped sand molds? THANKS!!

Or my dh's preferred option, the Magical Star. I'm not sure if he likes it for the actual drink or for the ability to barter w/ the kids - good behavior for the blinkie cube inside.

Yes you can purchase buckets and shovels at the gift shop, or if you are staying CL they may give them to you at check in. I recall just seeing the traditional buckets around, nothing overly cool like the castle.

DD#1 got to try a Lapu Lapu last trip, but not poor Mom!!!

SOOOOO, I am definitely getting one (or more) this time around. (I DID save a lot of $$ paying for our trip with Disney gift cards! Even got double fuel perks!) And I will definitely have my trusty spork handy so as not to miss any of the pineapply-rum goodness!! Thanks camsmomE for the tip on TB--I'll for sure be headed there before May to get my supply!

Aye carumba those are some big pineapples No wonder that potent rum swill knocks you on your who-ha. I do like the suggestion of putting pina colavas in there though....less trips to the bar for my DH to get refills

Since we're all saving our $$$ for the next Poly trip-

If you don't want to spend the $12.23 on that case... you could always swing by HERE a couple times a week until you have collected enough for us all.

On a side note: I propose that every Monday, one of us post a pic of a spork just to make us feel better about the week.

Last I heard was April 8th was the scheduled end date. Tikiman has some early construction pics on his site but we have not seen any new one since!
