Was reading guidebook, noticed mention of this show...luau, food, booze for $50.

Anyone ever go?

Did you like it?

If you've been to the one @ WDW Poly too, would you say it's comparable?

thanks:banana:

We went to it last month and I enjoyed it. I enjoyed the food but my wife did not; and my son (12) liked the kid's menu. The show was really good and it is pretty comparable to the DW Poly (it is a buffet though). The booze was pretty sparse however depending on how much you consider adequate. The mai-tais were pretty watered down, and the beer and wine generally took a while to get. Also, my son did not particularly love the show which was probably to be expected. Overall it met my expectations and as far as meals go in Orlando, it is not overpriced. We will probably do it again in the future. hth

I was lucky enough to get half price tickets through the radio stations and we still left before it was over. Seating is first come first served and we were no where near the stage, despite getting there early. Also it was cold our night. The food was ok, drinks sparse.

thanks for posting!:thumbsup2

think we'll give it a whirl, would be nice if they'd offer preferred seating to guests.
