AllSTar Movies Question for those that have been there...

On the map it looks like the AllStar Movies Mighty Ducks buildings are actually quite close to the AllStar Movies Bus Stop. Is this so? Is that a good way to go?

What buildings are your favorites for convenience to bus, pool, and food?

We are taking a group of 36 people there in June. I'd like to request a good building.

I've been considering the Buzz Lightyear building over in Toy Story. But, at this point ASMo appears to be nearly full, while Movies and SPorts are not. WOuld it be better to go jump the other busses?

Mighty Ducks is not the closest to the food court/bus stop area. Although I wouldn't think it is that far of a walk, I think it would be closest to be in Fantasia, then Toy Story or 101 Dalmations. Fantasia is the "preferred" building, but in my opinion, I don't think its worth the extra money to stay in that building (unless maybe if you were mobility impaired).

We've stayed in Love Bug and 101 Dalmations before - both were very quiet, and a short walk to the food court/bus stop. The Movies aren't that spread out; so I don't think any of the rooms would be that far of a walk.

We're going back in October - and my DD would like to stay by Andy's Room, so I'll probably request Toy Story. Enjoy your stay!!!

I was just wondering if anyone had used The AllStar MUSIC bus stop while staying at AllStar Movies Mighty Ducks buildings. It looks like a short trip across the parking lot.

If this is to scale, MD looks like it is One bldg length from the ASMusic Bus Stop. Can anyone confirm this? One never knows about maps with out scales...

We stayed at the very end of the Mighty Ducks section twice and found it more convenient to jump on the Music bus. It was much closer.

We too stayed at MD and used ASMU bus stop, and even food court once. A bonus to that is in the morning when going to the parks, if the buses are shared, by the time they got to ASMO it was usually standing room only. By going to Music, we got seats.
We requested MD again this year.

Does anyone have good pictures of the "Andy's Room Play Area" is it just themeing, or an actual playground?

I don't have pictures, but can report that it's a big courtyard area between buildings. It's not a real play area, just a decorative space.

But it IS fun to see, and has some great photo opportunities.

The Toy Story building is very convenient to the main building, food court and bus stop. And it's just a blast to stay there.
