Well mine are acting up today. Whenever fall and spring come around, I know I must be prepared. What has recently helped me for the past two years is Clarinex and Flonase. Right now I dont have Clarinex I need to make that appt!) so I use Tylenol SEVERE Allergy with the Flonase and it works! During my allergy season, I take my meds as soon as I wake up this is the only way I can truly combat all those dreadful symptoms. Even when I do sneeze, have the itchy eyes, etc it is to a much lesser degree. I remember when I was a teen in high school and having to be sent home due to really bad symptoms Hope everyone feels better!

I may just try the SEVERE allergy. I am still in bad shape..but Sudafed has helped a little..
