Where can I find allergen menus for WDW, specifically Epcot Teppan Edo and Chefs de France ?
Thank you

are you booking ahead of time, or looking on the website to plan? if using the Walt Disney World Website to plan each restauruant has a semi-up-to-date menu posted, if booking ahead of time for your reservations you can note allergies in your party. if you're just doing a walk-up you can tell your server at time of order. then the chef comes to handle things personally. this is what I've heard from the podcasts, and the WDW reddit. as someone traveling with a poultry allergy & Cross contamination issues, I have asked the same thing.

The WDW website does not show their allergy menus online, but you can find some of them via Alexis's Gluten-Free in Orlando online reviews of Disney restaurants. Even if you aren't gluten-free, these reviews will help, because she shows the allergy menu with each review. (Note that WDW has only recently begun doing the allergy menus, so the older reviews won't have them.) Here is a sample review, of Beaches & Cream, and you'll see the allergy menu in the review.

Mu son is gluten-free and Disney has accomodated this very well over the years. Before WDW instituted the Allergy menus, if you had indicated your allergy on the reservation or at check-in, a chef used to always come out and talk you through the table service menu personally. Now he only comes out if you are eating at a buffet, or if you request him to come out. Feel free to ask to see him if you have questions. They are knowledgable and want to accomodate you.

Always try to remember to indicate the allergy when making your ADR, as this gives them an advance idea of how many guests they'll be serving with a given allergy. And it flags your table as an allergy table, so they'll be sure to take special care of you.

If you haven't noted allergies online can you just ask for allergy menu at the restaurant?

If you're at a table service restaurant, it may be best to just wait until you get to the restaurant. My brother's family visited LTT last week. My little niece has a dairy and sesame allergy (like, they have an epi pen for it), and my SIL is breastfeeding, so she has to follow the allergy recommendations too.

They didn't speak to the chef directly, but he prepared a separate plate of food for my SIL (and niece) to accommodate her allergies. They said it worked out just fine and were delighted with their experience.
