It's like waking up and finding summer is over and winter has started. No autumn!

No Fall either??
Nothing but summer in Texas(Excuse me whilst I turn on the Australian-American translator on.....)

Sorry, I lied, last year we did have a few trees in the neighborhood change color. Usually, our trees go from green to brown over night and their leaves end up in our garage. But I still don't consider it a season here in Texas.![]()
Those 3 days of winter were horrible!!!
You sound like a Queenslander!
Let me guess.....60's is freezing cold for you.![]()
I'll take that cake back, then.![]()
Mmmmm, yummy!!!!!
I feel the need to be honest. I'm now 35. This birthday was harder than turning 30.![]()
I think that's what gets to me. The next age group up... *sigh*
Autumn??? I don't think we have that here in Texas.![]()

I don't mind the something-zero birthdays. The ones that are something-five are the pits for me. That's when I switch over to a complete new demographics group. It's depressing ticking the 35 - 44 category.
Of course, some of us are not that much older but in a completely different demographics group....45 - 60. Now that's a rather depressing number....particularly when the next group is 60+.
Swingin' 60's anyone?
