All You Ignorami - Third Time's a Charm....all in favor, say "Aye!"

It's like waking up and finding summer is over and winter has started. No autumn!

(Excuse me whilst I turn on the Australian-American translator on..... :))

No Fall either??

Sorry, I lied, last year we did have a few trees in the neighborhood change color. Usually, our trees go from green to brown over night and their leaves end up in our garage. But I still don't consider it a season here in Texas. :snooty:

I'll take that cake back, then. ;)

Did I miss it?

Then I guess it's Happy One Day after your Birthday to you, today.

Which anniversary of the 21st birthday was it?

Mmmmm, yummy!!!!!

I feel the need to be honest. I'm now 35. This birthday was harder than turning 30. :worried:

I don't mind the something-zero birthdays. The ones that are something-five are the pits for me. That's when I switch over to a complete new demographics group. It's depressing ticking the 35 - 44 category.

Of course, some of us are not that much older but in a completely different demographics group....45 - 60. Now that's a rather depressing number....particularly when the next group is 60+.

:faint:

Swingin' 60's anyone?

I think that's what gets to me. The next age group up... *sigh*

What's all this upset at having a birthday? So you're getting older. It's better than the alternative. ;)

I don't mind getting older. I just hate looking at the extreme edge of the new demographics group. :goodvibes

Speaking of age....this old fogie needs some beauty sleep.

Have a great day all. Hope to catch you all this long weekend :woohoo: (did I mention that tomorrow is the Anzac Day public holiday and I've taken Friday off??) :yay:

Wow -- take a few days away and I miss so much!

Autumn??? I don't think we have that here in Texas. :confused3

True dat.

No Fall either??

See above.

Nothing but summer in Texas

Those 3 days of winter were horrible!!!

Yes! Except as Alpha mom said -- it's 45 this morning and windy. Had to break out the coat again.

Mmmmm, yummy!!!!!

Hey. I'm in that last age group. :hippie:

But, as someone said the other day who just turned 40 -- 40 is the new 20. So, I'm in my 30s again!
