All you EA experts-help needed

I just joined EA and used it last week at MCO- thought it was great! Now here are my questions- can my DH use my EA membership when he is traveling without me or does he need his own? Also is it true when you reserve EA you can pick a car off another aisle or just off the EA aisle? I appreciate any help.

Question 1- No, you have to be present for him to use your membership (called National and clarified...)

Question 2- No, if you reserve off of the EA, you must choose whatever is on the Asle.
