I have tried getting a .jpg down to the allowed size. The picture requirements for signatures says that the max allowed is 19.2 Kb. To get a picture down to that size results a picture the size of a dot.

am I missing something here? The guidelines in this thread say the max allowed is 50Kb....which one is it?

We are in the process of changing the signature guidelines. I suggest heading to the technical board to see the new guidelines. It should be starting in the next couple of days.
