All these new announcements and vague dates

Does anyone else feel like they are announcing a bunch of new things or re-opening things but without firm dates. I'm luckier than many that I rescheduled our trip for June and it appears I have a chance to see the new offerings but can you guys help me put dates on these things (in one place)?

Star Wars a Galactic Spectacular - fireworks/stage show in June but June?? maybe June 5
ROL lite/Jungle Book - Memorial weekend or Memorial Day?
Late hours at AK including evening safari, Tree of Life show, parties - Memorial weekend or Day?
ROL - ?? I'm guessing July
Tiffins - Memorial Day weekend
Toy Story third track - Memorial Day
Soarin (old movie) - May??
Soarin (new movie) - June 17
FEA - May 27/or June?
Royal Sommerhouse M&G - ??
Mickeys Friendship Faire - June??

Am I missing anything else. Obviously I'm not including anything Star Wars Land, Toy Story Land or Avatar.

I mostly just can't wait for the final park hours for June to be announced. We travel in early June and I would like to firm up our plans. I'm hoping they will extend MK and DHS by an hour or two.

Tiffins opens Memorial Day weekend. Information regarding reservations for Tiffins will be available May 20.

Parks blog said yesterday Tiffins will also open Memorial Day weekend with more information available May 20, I'm assuming that means ADRs start on that date

New Star Wars fireworks will probably be June 5. I personally doubt they will go Memorial Day weekend with no fireworks, as the last day for the current show is May 28, but I could be wrong. I'm hoping they will start right after but I have read June 5.

I saw that somewhere too but then on the Disney Blog it said "June". I'll add both dates for now but that is exactly what has me so confounded. I'm tired of announcements with vague dates. I think somehow they dug themselves into a corner and advertised "Awaken Summer" and now are trying to follow through.
