Im new to this but recently found the thread and think I get the way this works and it sounds awesome!! If the dates we have above are open that would be great as we will for sure need a fridge due to having little ones who need formula and meds that need to be in a fridge.

What do we know about the coffee maker? Husband will not be happy without coffee. Specifically, what type of filters does it take? Regular or cone, 4 cup or 10 cup.

The coffee maker is a 10 cup that takes the regular basket filters. It had filters with it, but you might want to bring your own just in case they get misplaced or used up.

YAY we are back! Had a few hiccups, but got things sorted out...

Our Fridge was great! My boys helped decorate it! Pics are on the first POsting (sorry the one of the box is sideways!) so please print them off.

Also there are about 8 different places for everyone to put contact info on the fridge and box so PLEASE make sure you have all the correct info with you!!

There are actually 10 places for info (one on each side and one on the top of both the fridge and the box) so it will be visible no matter how it gets turned.

It is probably easiest to print the info ahead and then you don't need to mess with it on vacation. A half sheet of paper with the next person's name, resort, arrival date, and confirmation number in big print didn't take long to make. Once I made it, I copied and pasted it to make two on one sheet (with extra space in the middle to cut them apart), then printed it five times.
