All Stars Pricing/Discount Experts?

We are traveling the week AFTER Easter next year.........arriving start of "regular" season (April 27). I want to make reservations at the All Star Movies but am going to try for discounts as the time gets closer (family of 6 - we need 2 rooms!).

My first question is whether anyone remembers if ASMo are usually included in the discounts at that time. I know that due to its popularity it is sometimes not.

My second question is whether I could make 2 reservations for the same timeframe and then cancel one when I see which place gets the discounts.

From my experience Movies is almost always NOT included. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

to book ASMo 12/4/02 - 12/08/02 and got $ 68.99 a night with tax.

I think the only discounts available at ASMo is DC and maybe AAA. They generally do not have code or AP discounts available at ASMo

We stayed at the movies last year at this time 10/01/01 and we got a rate of $49.00 a night with a code from this board. So they do sometimes give discounts for the Movies. Just keep your eyes and ears out and keep on this board. That is how I got mine!!
