All Star Sports Refurbishment?

I read on a previous post that AS Sports is to undergo refurbishment from June to November. Does anyone know what buildings are to be refurbed first?

We have ressies at AS Sports Sept. 16-19 and I would love to get a room that has been refurbished while we are there.

Curious on the building schedule here too. Wonder if it would do us any good to call and have "refurbished room" added to our list of preferences? Right now, I have connecting rooms in building 9 on my ressie but I'd change to a different building if it meant getting refurbished rooms. And I'm still hoping that no matter where we end up that we do get connecting rooms.
