What extactly do you get with the preferred room? Are you guaranteed to be in Surf's Up?
I've been staying in the All Stars since I was a kid, probably like 10 times total. We went this past March and I just booked a standard room. We REALLY lucked out and got a room in a "Touchdown!" building, 1st floor, on the corner right across from Surfs Up. You could step out of our room, peek around the corner and see the Stadium Hall.
I was always used to walking a million miles to the way back on the 3rd floor, I though I'd hit the All Star lottery on this trip!! I was seriously excited. We could get up and refill our mugs with such ease! It was so easy to just pop in and get a snack or see what is new on the pin board.
I'd seriously pay for a preferred room if it meant I could be close to Stadium Hall again!!
I'm excited to go again! I live in florida, but it is still an 8 hour drive. We are going to FLY there! When I saw flights for only $111 a person and room rates at $72/night, I had to book a trip. It is so weird though...I've never flown there before. I've always had he freedom to bring a ton of food and drinks.
