All Star Resorts ?

Once again I'm sure this has been answered a million times. The plan is to stay at an Allstar resort next February for the Princess Half Marathon for 2 nights and then switching to Contemporary or Kidani and was curious which Allstar resort is the best.

Mostly looking for easiest transportation. Basically I would love to be on the first stop of pick up, so not sure if one of the Allstars is picked up first. My DD9 will be with me as well. Theming isnt really of importance, they all look like fun.

When they are sharing buses, All Star Sports is the first pick up and drop off point. Music is the second and we really enjoyed staying there. They have fun games, dance parties and movies by the pool everyday.

As pp said, Sports is first pick up and drop off, so I would go with that.
Other than that, there's really no difference. I have stayed at all 3 and don't really have a preference.

We stayed at Sports and LOVED IT!! Its a smaller resort, but its awesome. Love the theme. I like the fact that sports is picked up and dropped off first. But if your renting a car then that doesnt matter to you i suppose. Overall, great resort. Pillows & mattresses are very comfy, pool is not too cold: its at the perfect temperature. Food court is decent. I love the fact that they play classic disney clips at night.

AS Sports is the first to be picked up.

I think, however, you will be fine with either Sports or Music. I've stayed at both (actually prefer Music) and had good experiences.

I believe Sports is the best, they have the cleanest rooms IMHO.

Music is in the middle and honestly, when we got on our bus there was never more than a couple people on it (from Sports). Then we drove over to Movies (2 min. drive) and a couple more people got on there. We always had our own bus for MK though - only the other park buses. Shared. Honestly, I would not base your decision on order of buses - it was such a non-issue and only added about 5 minutes tops total to our travel time. But if I were to decide based on bus order, in that case I would go with Movies b/c I wouldn't want to get on at Sports and then sit there while it went to Music & Movies, kwim? But like I said, it really was NOT a big deal AT ALL.

One time we were there and the buses were crazy ... We were staying at Music (the middle resort) and were at MK. The bus service was so bad that we just got on the first All Star bus to show up, then walked over to Music.

With it being in the center of the two, it makes this a nice option to have during the busy times.

We would also walk from Music to Pop to get the bus because of it being the first to pick up ... once it was full, it would skip the last resort(s) and head right to the parks.

I have read all the above posts and nobody mentioned anything about Movies. Is this because "there isn't anything nice to say about it"? DD wants to stay there so badly but if the rooms are bad and you can't sleep then I will go back to sports.

Movies is okay, we just have never had any luck there. Always placed in a building with a swamp close by, and the first time we stayed there we were moved two times because there was mold in the room underneath the sink. We have never had any problems with the rooms in Sports, we have only had problems with some of the people that stay there during Pop Warner, but that's a different story. I don't mean to discourage you from staying there, but this is just my honest opinion.

Ive stayed at all 3 All Star resorts, Sports is the first pick up with music being second. To tell u the truth the rooms r the same size food courts are all the same. So if ur looking for convience stay at sports so ur the first one to get on and off the bus
