all star movies to GF?

We have early breakfast ressies for 8:05. Will we be able to use Disney transportation? When we were there before we stayed at WL and hade 8:15 am ressies at CP in MK and were able to use transportation.

You can't go directly from resort to resort, but you can make it on Disney Transportation. You would have to bus from AS to MK then take the monorail or boat from MK to GF. Leave ASM at least an hour ahead of your ADR to be safe.

Might be worthwhile to set aside about $20 for a taxi direct to GF. Will take 15 minutes or less.

I have seen some posts on the boards that there are early morning busses just for early ADRs and they will take you to the other resorts? We have an early morning reservation at Chef Mickey's and were hoping to take the ADR bus to the Contemporary and then the monorail to MK from there - will we be able to do that?

Officially, the bus will take you to the MK, and you can take the Resort Monorail (which starts at 7 a.m.) or walk to the CR.

If you let the driver know that you are going to Chef Mickey's, he/she may be able to drop you off at the CR, but you should plan for that not happening.

I would also recommend a taxi. We did that exact same run 2 years ago and it was $20 including tip. But...you get there super quick, don't have to wait for a bus, then transfer, etc. For us, it was worth the money to sleep in the extra 40 minutes and also not "sweat" making our ADR.

I'm not sure if the boats would be running at the time of day of your ADR, but that is the quickest way to get from MK to GF if they are running and one is close by the MK dock when you get there. The boat goes straight to GF with no stops from MK. The resort monorail has to go almost the entire loop from MK and make every stop before getting to GF.

But if the boat is not running then, taking the monorail from MK to GF isn't all that bad. Just make sure to allow enough time for all the stops along the way to GF.

Doh! Where did I get Chef Mickey's from? Must have crossed threads.

Anyway, the answer's the same for GF, except you can't walk there from MK.
