All Star Movies Question

Does anyone know where I can get the fax number for All Star Movies? Do they have bedrails? What is typically a good time to check in?

They had bedrails when we stayed there, but that was several years ago.

We always check in as soon as we get there. Leave the bags at the front, they will take them to your room. They have always given us the keys to our room, with the understanding that they won't be activated until 4:00. But we can hit the parks and when we return, we don't have to stop at the front desk. We just go to our room, open the door, and wha-la, lugguge is sitting there waiting to be unpacked. So far we haven't been able to talk the CM's into unpacking for us!

I would call the hotel (or CRO/WDTC/however you booked your ressie) now and have the agent note that you want a bed rail (or 2) for your room. I would then follow up with the fax, then depending on when you're going to check in - follow up with another phone call to the hotel directly (like from the airport on your way) just to verify that this is being done.
