all star movies or pop

well, i have ASMo reserved for jan 7-14, but now we have to change our dates and ASMo is not available...Is Pop worth it? or ASSp (my husband is pushing this ) or ASMu? Which would you recommend for 3 little girls (2,4,6)

I haven't been to POP so I can't judge on that, but the theme seems more grown up. But I have stayed at ASMo & ASMu, and for young children I think they will love it. The great thing is they are all right there side by side!!. We stayed in ASMo Mighty Ducks and we were literally a driveway width from ASMu. Really one big hotel with different themes and different check-ins in my eyes. Would be fun cruising all over, taking pictures....

I would make a deal with my DH - yes I'll book ASSports, but I'm going to keep checking and if ASMo opens up I am switching it. Sounds fair to me

Pop's theme isn't grown up at all!!! Request a room in the 50's section. One bldg has Lady in the front, the other has Tramp (another does have a juke box). In the 70's section one has a Mickey telephone icon the other has a big wheeler. My husband & son's favorite is the Sports (since they are big sports fan's). Now that most of my trips are with my daughters (son & husband stay home), they like Pop better..We are staying at Pop Dec 1-4th.. When I booked, I had the option to book any of the values.. and that was what they wanted... (actully they wanted the Cabins but I had to explain that they aren't considered value resorts And being so close to our Christmas trip, we couldn't afford the cabins....

forgot to mention..my daughter are 13 & 17 so there is an age differnce. If I had to pick .. I would go with either Pop or AS-Movies... for your age girls... before Pop opened, my younger one's favorite actually was the Movies...

I must say, Pop sounds the best to me! That is the only resort I've stayed at, but I loved it! I had a preffered room in the 60's building. Totally fun. You'd love it!

DH and I stayed at POP on our Honeymoon in September and loved it! We are staying at ASMu for our trip in May, just so I can try some other resorts!

We've stayed at ASsports, ASMo, and POP and my personal favs are POP and ASMo. I like the food court/shop at POP a little better, but really, to me, either of those would be great with kids. Our two DS's were 8 and 5 when we last went to POP and they thought it was really cool. But, hey, it's Disney World. . . anywhere you stay it's going to be awesome!! (IMHO)

We just returned from a stay @ Pop and loved it. One thing I noticed is the busses for Pop were never as crowded as the ones for All Stars. For me, that's a plus right there!
