All star busses

My sis is deciding between all star music and pop. I told her I would go with pop because it has its own bus. She said she is seeing that all stars don't always share busses. Can anyone verify?

Your Sis is correct. They only share during the slow parts of the day. Over the years, we've had a total of 31 nights across the 3 All Stars and only shared 4 times. All 4 were in the middle of the day with maybe 5-6 other people on the bus. It's pretty rare.

She's correct. They won't share at the busy times--park open and close. They may at off times, but it only adds a few minutes to your commute. And even though Pop has its own buses, it also has a LOT, LOT more rooms which means a lot more people sharing those buses!

We stayed at All Star Music last year and the bus service was great. There were long lines sometimes when the park closed but the buses came pretty much one right after another and the line moved quickly. I hate waiting and even for me it wasn't an issue.

No, each All Star has its own stop.

well, if you are at Epcot at close, there are huge lines all next to each other.....making them look longer....

but I love the service at the All Stars, I usually do Sports, and each is smaller than Pop.....so it might be less folks overall....but, Disney does a good job of balancing buses versus people.....

They do share some BUT I keep going back(240 nights so far at the "Stars") so it's not that big of a deal.

I kept a "log" during one of my trips to All-Star Sports.

You may find this info helpful as to how often the All-Stars "share" buses.

It takes the Buses about 2 minutes to travel from Sports to Music and about 2 minutes from Music to Movies

I also did some Park Hopping:
Monorail from TTC to Epcot----9 minutes.
Monorail from Epcot to TTC----7 minutes.
Express Monorail----4 minutes
Friendship between Epcot and DHD----20-30 minutes(We actually did make it in 20 minutes one day!)

Having stayed at these two specific resorts in the past two years, I preferred Music over Pop.

Yes, sometimes the All Stars shared buses. However, and this is my opinion, but I felt the overall waiting was shorter since they have less people staying at the All Stars. There were several times that despite having already stood in line, we still missed a POP bus either coming or going to the parks due to the sheer amount of people already in line ahead of us. You have to also consider that even though Pop has 'dedicated' buses, it unofficially shares with Animation, since a lot of people have figured out that you can hop on either Pop or Animation buses to back to their respective resort too.
