I have 275 points for rent to be used by May 31, 2012! These points can also be transferred.

175 Points at Villas at Wilderness Lodge
100 Points at Animal Kingdom Lodge

These I can be rented up to one year out. Other resorts I can book 7 months from departure date.

I have been a member for almost 10 years and have rented MANY MANY MANY times on this board and have several repeat renters. So if you want references -- I have them!

Depending upon how soon the arrival date is, I request 50% of the rental fee up front and the remaining 50% at least TWO months before arrival. If you’re looking for something within the next two months I request 100% of the rental at time of booking.

I accept PayPal only and will add the 3% service fee to your rental fees.

We just did a big family reunion in March so we won't be going back to Disney this year

If you are interested in transferring these points; I will only do all 275 points. I won't break them into smaller point amounts for a transfer.

I have a formal rental contract available as well to protect you and I as much as possible.

Next choice would be Wilderness...not sure on room we never stayed there...It would be just the two of us for anny.

If you end up splitting your points - I am looking for a studio at either the animal kingdom (43 points I believe) or the wilderness lodge (59 points I believe) checking in June 17th and checking out June 20th. One big reply in order of requests:

B&K -- They do not have a value studio for all the nights requested; but they do have a standard view studio at AKV. This would be 103 points for 9/4-9/13 - 9 nights.

plasfam04 -- AKL 4/29-5/6/12 They have all studio types available.

ben1993 -- BLT - Nothing available in a Studio for those dates

Momshof -- They don't have three nights at any resort anywhere on property.

Brian93 -- I can only book out to January at resorts other than AK or VWL. So I would have to wait till next month to check the availability.

I am quite new to the board, so please forgive me if I dont quite understand all the jargon just yet! I am planning early vaca for my family of four in May 2012. Specifically I am waiting for the Star Tours weekend dates to post before I book. I understood you to say you do use paypal, and will provide references...which is great. With early planning, what would you request in regards of deposits and payments? I do know we plan to use the dining plan, would that require full payment at time of rental?
