Good morning everyone
Here are todays questions:-
Question One
What was the original name of The Garden Grill Restaurant in The Land Pavilion?
Question Two
The courtyard in front of Mission: SPACE is called?
Question Three
Benjamin Franklin, your host for The American Adventure in Epcot, represents the 18th Century. Who represents the 20th Century?
Question Four
Disney is known for using smells as well as visuals and sounds to enhance an attractions experience. How many different scents can you sniff as you ride Soarin?
Answers in the usual fashion and respond to the thread.
Thanks!
The answers I was looking for are:-
Question One
The Good Turn
Question Two
Planetary Plaza
Question Three
No one ~ When the Disney Imagineers were developing The American Adventure attraction for Epcot, the original concept called for three hosts one from each of the centuries of the United States existence. Choosing the 18th and 19th century hosts was relatively easy: Benjamin Franklin not only played a major role in American History, but was felt to have had keen insight and the gift of invention, while Mark Twains wry humour, coupled with his very rational and logical thought process, made him Franklins perfect match for the 19th Century. However, after initially choosing Will Rogers to host the 20th Century, the Imagineers decided that the centurys events and achievements could not be embodied by any one individual, and so they dropped the idea of having a 20th Century host.
Question Four
Three ~ Your Soarin hang-gliding adventure takes you though California orange groves, pine scented forests and delights you with ocean breezes.
