Getting ready to use my new showtime Ron Popeil Rotisserie for the first time! Wish me luck, I have heard only great things about this product. So here is the menu:

Rotisserie Chicken
Home-made mashed potatoes with parmesan cheese, real butter and cream.
Broc., Califlower and Carrot's
Salad
Garlic Bread

Dinner will be served at 6:00pm

We just bought one this past fall....DH just LOVES it!!!! I guess it's ok......but he is more of the "cook"

Chicken is GREAT on it though!!!!

OMG I'm in love with this, I know I will use it alot. Wow it smells so good, chicken looks wonderful......... Thanks to my dear MIL, she got it for me. Luv Ya MaMa "C".

My advise to anyone who does not have one is to buy one. Wal-Mart.com now has them!
