That's the Evil Queen from Snow White. I do agree that it is a BEAUTIFUL picture of her!

In the picture below, the Evil Queen (or Snow Queen, as some call her) is on the top tier. Maleficent is on the bottom tier. The easiest way to tell is that Maleficent's face is green.

Ugh! I always get those two mixed up!
I seem to tell the difference between the two, but I always just reference them wrong.

Thanks! That's actually (as you probably guessed) fireworks smoke, we were downwind so you can see the smoke blurring at the edges as it moved towards us. We had chunks of fireworks shells landing on us all through the show.
