I think the pics have gotten so good a lot of us who use p/s cameras are embarrassed with what we have. That said, it seems more and more great pics are emerging so there is an investment/transition to quality going on-for the better.

I hope that's not the case, all the pics that I post on this thread were taken with a p/n shoot camera. I have, like you, have noticed the quality of late as well. But that should not scare anybody away. I love looking at all the pics posted here. Many times it will give me new ideas for shots that I can try on my next trip.

So keep posting everybody, we all need our Disney fix between trips.

Thanks for the encouragement! I occasionaly post on this thread, but am also intimidated by the gorgeous pics I see. (Unbelievable shot of HM, Gdad!). Since finding this thread, I know that I will drive DH crazy in November with the camera. I will try to not be such a lurker on this thread and post more.

I haven't been since 98! And on that note - I have a question. Why don't folks label their pics more often? I have noticed the last few pages are better but it sure would cut down on the multiple posts, wouldn't it? Or did I miss something, lol?

Anywho - after going thru ALL 160+ pages I am now officially caught up and subscribing!!! And after all those pages Gdad posts THE pic I have been looking for for my backgound image. Truly awesome pic!!!

Keep up the great work - it's wonderful for those of us who don't get to go but every so many years. Just more labels, please? Please? Thank you!!:

I'd appreciate it if people would stop posting my pictures on here. This is the second time now that I've seen somebody do this. Please post your own pictures.

I am sorry if this is your picture – I guess I must have a few misc ones I’ve borrowed for screen savers and such mixed in with my personal ones, however I don’t see the need to publicly attack me, a Pm would have had the same result.. it was an honest mistake I wouldn't have stolen it from you just to post it on a thread/site where you post..

POTD thievery - that is low. If one needs to "borrow" someone else's picture to post a POTD, I think it's time for that person to take another trip to WDW...

When I read this, I thought you were either joking or blowing it out of proportion. I mean, how many people have taken a picture of the Lego family? But, comparing this pic with the one on your Flickr page, it is obviously the same photo.

I can't even see flickr pictures from my computer they are just a big red x's so i honestly don't know even know how i got that picture if it's not mine but according to everyone here i stole it so i somehow found a way to get in

loribeth, it's terrible anyone would steal your photos. you might want to try putting a trademark (or something like it) on your pictures... at least when you post them... like some other posters do, so this doesn't happen anymore.

your photos are so lovely there's every reason to be envious that's for sure.

I wouldn't have said anything if I wasn't positive that it was my picture. I'd hate to accuse somebody of something that I wasn't sure of.



I thought about that. But I have a little over 3,000 pictures on Flickr. It would be very time consuming to put a trademark on them all. I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.

Rather then just asking me in private where i got it you chose to publicly humilate me -- great thanks a bunch.. and like i said above, truthfully thought it was mine as it was in my personal picture file and I can't view flickr photos... so I'll just continue to defend myself to all of you

Maybe I can help....
There have been many "Super" pictures posted on this thread and many other threads that I, first ask permission, then keep for myself in a personal file on my pc, not a web site, named "DISers Pics".

We have many pro, semi-pro photographers that submit their pics, so, I absolutely know they're not mine especially looking at the "Fantastic" quality/composition/PSing/HDRing and keeping them seperately filed works.
I probably have about 10 most favorite now and will also use them as interchangable wallpaper on my pc.. Hope this helps..

If you didn't get it from Flickr then you could have gotten it from livejournal since I post pictures there too.

I did not attack you. I simply asked you to post your own pictures.
