ROFL.....my dh won't admit it, but he kinda likes the show........when he worked 2nd shift, he'd watch some of it w/ me, and ask all kinds of questions about what was going on!!

Sorry I haven't posted here lately. Real life has reared it's ugly head the last few days and I haven't had much time for the boards but I do read this thread daily.

I'm sure you all know I didn't enjoy today's show too much. The Tad/Ditsie scenes made me want to barf. I knew where it was headed when one of the thugs who brought Tad on the plane said something like, "You don't want an audience for what's about to happen." I would have preferred NOT being in the audience myself! UGH! What was the deal with Ditsie pulling down the shade on the window?! I guess we wouldn't want any passing airplanes to see them having kinky sex. And why did she just happen to have the key to the handcuffs in her purse if she didn't know they were going to hogtie Tad? STUPID, STUPID storyline. I'm hoping from tomorrow's previews that when the gun goes off Ditsie is the one who is hit and that it is FATAL. (Hey, a girl can dream, can't she?!)

Poor Leo. Did you catch the look on his face when Brooke suggested he work from home and Laura said he could be with her 24 hours a day. LOL! He looked like a deer caught in the headlights. I hate what has happened to Laura. Not that I was ever that crazy about her but now - YUCK! I guess she'll be missing her meds on purpose now to keep herself sick and helpless so Leo won't leave her. HATE IT, HATE IT, HATE IT!!

I have been enjoying the Erica/Brooke scenes of late. Sparks have always flown when those two are in a room together. LOVE IT!

As for Laura, well I cannot stand her anyway...I actually don't like her as much as Ditsie! I think she is a horrible actress, but that is just MHO...Loser...

I heard the other day that there are new writers on the show, but they certainly haven't been bringing any new ideas with them. I've only been watching for about 9 years, but they are reusing so many storylines that I've seen in that time that some days I feel like I'm in a time warp.
I agree about the Laura story these days. Yuch! What a manipulative (uh...how do I put this?) female (okay that works without being bleeped) she has turned into. Is this a traight from Gillian's early days coming out through her heart? And speaking of Gillian, please stop the silly angel story and let her rest in peace! At first it was neat seeing some of the old cast members, but after a couple of days it got really old.

Thanks for the PD, Beanie but not necessary. I mean I'll take all the PD I can get , I just don't really need any right now. Nothing bad is happening - just real life keeping me busy. A couple of weeks ago when I was posting so much I had a bad sinus infection so didn't feel like doing other things that needed to be done. So I plopped myself in front of the computer. LOL! Now that I'm well I'm playing catch-up.

Hey, glad I made you laugh your butt off. I wish I could do that. I could stand to lose more than a few pounds back there.

I've been listening to you girls drooling over Ryan and Leo. I'll leave the "boys" to you. Give me a MAN! Here's my hunk list:

Tad (pre-Ditsie since she's rendered him spineless)

Jack (love that he's been on a little more lately - I miss the Jack/Erica days - Walt Willey and Sussan Lucci have great chemistry)

David (the character is scum but Vincent Irizzary is yummy - but, of course, I hated him drooling all over Ditsie - maybe I could like Mia if they pair her with David - they seem suited for each other - David needs a woman AND NOT DITSIE!!)

Jake (didn't use to like Jake the self-righteous prig - but I like him paired with Greenlee - they're a good match - did you know J Eddie Peck is older than Michael E Knight in real life?)

Edmund (yeah, he's a little hairy - LOL - but he's a cutie - did you know John Callahan and Eva LaRue are going to become first-time parents later this year?)

Okay, enough fun for now. I'd better get back to real life duties.

Anyone remember a few weeks back when Mateo and his sister were looking at names and started dissing Lola as a choice? On Regis & Kelly today Kelly made a point of mentioning that she didn't like it at all and she is going to track down the writer on that scene and make them pay.

Edmund is a babe too, but I agree about the eyebrow thingy he has going on!! LOL That is great news that they are going to have a baby!!! How cool!!

As for the PD...well, everyone can use a little bit now and then!!! Keep it for extra in case you ever need it!
