Did anyone see the 'summer preview' showing Julia back in Pine Valley? I think it was on during OLTL or GH when my wife was watching. Apparently they have killed off Noah, off camera and Julia is coming back to PV to get revenge on the mob boss who killed him. My first thought.. GOODY, they have killed off or destroyed another one of the 'power couples' on AMC. Whomever they have writing for them lately reeks. Why can't they have good stories without destroying, trashing and/or killing off all the old favorites. I am getting pretty close to just turning this show off for a while and seeing who is left in a few months. It is really stupid.

Maybe not... Soap Opera digest this week says that Noah is "presumed" dead. All grieving widows on this show are only practicing.

Ahh yes, I forgot that could easily be a posibility. After all, Pine Valley looks more like the Valley of the walking dead lately, so anything is possible. So, if we follow the AMC writers creed, we will have HOOOOOOOOLIA pine away for Noah for an agonizing amount of time, then bring him back and turn both he and HOOOLIA into complete jerks and then kill one or both of them off. (How is that for a run on sentence. I feel like an AMC writer already!)

It looks like we have a lot to look forward to.

And it looks like they are starting to move into the storyline involving Josh being Kendall's brother and the reason "why" Erica thinks that Greg looks so familiar.........UGH.

And it's so painful to watch Greenlee being so hopeful, Kendall buying her all of the baby things, etc...........when we just know that tragedy is going to strike, any day. UGH.

And who cares about Ryan and his "journey" to find his sister? Since going over the cliff didn't make him disappear, maybe going over Niagara Falls would!

I cringe every time Amanda is on the screen - they should just send her to Oak Haven and get it over with, now!

JR really needs to move past his "angry young man" rut - the whole thing with Jamie and med school is getting very boring.......and it hasn't even really "started", yet!

The show has been so frustrating, lately, that last night DH said to me "you watch and fill me in on what happens, tomorrow - the show has been so lame, lately"!

Rider, Rider, Rider I totally agree with what you said. I love JR but get over the anger bit. Amanda hmmmmmmmmm she's no Robin Matson (Janet). Oh and the twin thing, I don't know I don't think I'm gonna like it.

How about Babe tying up JR, yesterday? What exactly was the purpose of that? She didn't get him to agree to anything - she just made him madder! And why exactly did she kiss him? Very odd! At least if she'd kept him tied up until he promised to "let" Jamie go to med school (......or graduate from college first!), it would have made more sense, but she tied him up for no reason!

Watching Greenlee so sad in hers and Ryan's apartment made me even MADDER at Ryan for pretending to be dead.

I love the way that Zach is, with Lily - hopefully Sam will eventually realize that he's not such a bad guy!

By the way, I saw in next week's TV Guide that Eva LaRue apparently has a new, regular role on "CSI Miami"!

Just saw today's episode. Not quite sure what to think about Lilly. I'm a little perterbed that they are able to fool her so easily, no it was'nt Ryan she saw, the whole ghosts thing. I'm gonna have to see how they play this.

Some random thoughts...

Anyone sick of SOARS and the complete UNREALISTIC ages they have JR, Kendall, Bianca, Sam and others?

So, I have been watching the show since I was born and it came on the air (really--I'm only a few months older than AMC) and sometimes I just get really irritated.

Erica had Kendall at 14--how can Kendall NOT be in her late 30's at a minimum?

Dixie was gone for 3 years--JR was in high school (sophomore if I remember correctly) when she "died" so how is he a 20something person now?

When Bianca "came out" when she was going to the prom, she was older than JR--then all of a sudden JR comes back aged and with a wife, and Bianca is just getting out of high school and is supposedly only 18.

Sam--well I won't even go there--Bobby and Kelsie's son, but Bobby was only supposed to be a 20something too.

Some days I just want to shout at the writers and ask if they think we are all complete idiots. They need to get just a SLIGHT bit more realistic on aging these people.

I like Kendall with Zach, and it's nice to see her with someone that *should* be her age rather than with JR, who she used to BABYSIT!!!

This show has been very boring lately....I find myself fast forwarding through most of it. I do hope that Kendall and Zach have a real marriage soon....for some odd reason I like them 2 together.

Where do Erica & Jack live now that they're married?

Jack has his apartment & Erica has her penthouse - correct? But where do they live as a married couple now?

Does Lilly live on her own? Where does Reggie live - just with Lilly?

Just wondering where they're getting their mail!

The ever expanding apartment. Remember this was originally Trey's apartment and it was a one bedroom when Kendall wanted to crash with him for a while. Then Reggie moved in and Trey went to jail and the apartment all of the sudden had more bedrooms. Then Lily shows up and Voila! expanded again. Do the writers think we don't remember things????

You guys are right on. Man, I wish my kids were on their own as fast as AMC kids are. Seems to me Brooke was pregnant with Jamie when I was with my last (I might be wrong about this)...MY son is 14. Hmmmm....how to fast forward him????

I used to be a hugh Ryan fan...I loved him and Geens together. All he does now is look dumb. And the "glow" on his face when he was pretending to be a ghost. Puhlease!

I am not sure why I am watching these days. But I only watch on video so I can fast forward. There is really not a storyline I am interested in right now.

They better get themselves on track...we are the FANS!!! (I'd hate to read what the rest of the world thinks)

Yeah, it is kind of funny how they play with the ages of people, when it's convenient. I'm still waiting to see how old Petey is, now. When last we saw him, he was a bit younger than "teen Jamie" (that was 2 Jamie actors ago).....but Opal still talks about him as though he's a child, even though he would be a young adult by now (in keeping with the way that they have aged his contemporaries). Speaking of people whom they've aged, I HATED when they had "Janet" call Amanda on her cell phone, yesterday, and the implication that Janet is "crazy" and talking to the mirror, again. I really hope that that just turns out to be something that Amanda is making up, to get sympathy - I hate the thought of the writers really wanting us to think that Janet has backslid into "insanity", after they spent so much time having her recover and redeem herself in the mid-late 90's. Also - what the heck was Amanda doing in Wildwind, anyway?!! And why was Aidan there? Why does everyone have keys to the place? (Then again, we all know how "wonderful" the Wildwind security system has always been - I guess it WOULD be pretty easy to break into the place!)

Garrett is giving me the creeps, too. He was so mean to Josh (and Reggie) for no reason. He's obviously all about controlling the people in his life - hopefully Mimi will get rid of him.......and maybe go back with Derek? Another clue that they are going to go forward with the stupid story of Josh being Kendall's long-lost brother: Greg's walking in on them, and getting upset, yesterday.

I also hope that Kendall and Zach fall in love - I like the 2 of them together - they have great chemistry!
