I also thought that it looked like Alexa had a little belly, yesterday. I wonder if they will try to hide her pregnancy, or write it into the storyline, if she is, in fact expecting?

I was annoyed as the rest of you with Greenlee declaring her undying love and commitment and Ryan begging for his surprise, yesterday. It's all so ridiculous. Very interesting speculation about the sample possibly being Jonathan's, Sarge! THAT would be a pretty wild twist!

I enjoyed the scenes with Babe and JR yesterday, too - they both did a great job. It was nice to see JR's usual hardened, smug expression "crack" and soften for a few moments, while Babe apologized to him and told him that she hoped that Dixie was "real".

I'm really starting to like Kendall and Zach together! They seem to make a better couple than Kendall and Ethan or Kendall and Ryan - or even Maria and Zach. They play off each other very well.

Amanda is so annoying. And what the heck is with her? She's so phony that we can't even tell when / if she is being honest - DOES she really love Jamie, or is that just part of her "act" to try to seduce him away from Babe? And if she DOES really love Jamie, then why is she pursuing Aidan so fervently? Who cares??????

I also thought that it was pretty funny that Jamie had his shirt off for no reason, yesterday.........not that I minded!

HAHA. Interesting side note. JR Ewing's name is John Ross. But that was also the name of his father, Jock (which was a nickname.) So not only did JR Ewings initials represent his name, he was also a Junior!

and the Northern Lights

How common is it to see the Northern Lights in Pennsylvania in July? Are Casino's even allowed in Pennsylvania or are they in Atlantic City when they go to Zach's Casino? These and more questions are puzzling me!

I was thinking the same thing about the Northern Lights, Sarge! And I don't think that they ever explicitly stated where Zach's casino is supposed to be, but I believe that they once IMPLIED that it was in Atlantic City (or maybe "Sea City"? ). But you know how quickly people travel from place to place, in PV - they can be in the mountains (David's cabin), at the (Pennsylvania) shore / Jack's marina (that's a new one - I guess that that's where Adam's / Ryan's yacht used to be docked), in "Center City" or New York City, or even Atlantic City in a matter of minutes - in addition to "Pine Valley International Airport", they must have a very sophisticated mass transit system, as well!

It's like I said before. Just like Maria and Edmund and to a small degree Pheobe, they are really trashing the favorite old characters and turning them into unlikable creeps. It is maddening.

I agree about the transportation system in Pine Valley. Some of the bigger cities should figure out how they do it! They way the can go 100s of miles in mere moments is astonishing. Not to mention how unique it is for a small suburb of a big town has it's very own International Airport. Why not just to to Philly? Oh well. Maybe the astounding beauty of Erica Kane did it all. Did anyone else think it was stupid that people weren't more freaked out that a mid 50s Erica could be pregnant when Greenlee announced that. The reaction shouldn't have been so much jubilation as shock if you ask me. Then you have Jack asking if it could be true. I suppose it could happen, but come on. How long are they going to think we all assume Erica is in her late 30s?

Ryan's family has a history of domestic violence. His siblings & himself were abused by his father. He is convinced that if he has a child he will be the same way.

Greenlee, on the other hand, thinks she can "save" him by having a child.

The meds - someone told him (I think Zach, but I missed the day he got them) gave him meds saying they are used to calm his temper. I don't really know what they're for. DH thinks he is being drugged by them in another way.

Ryan used to be a great character. Now they have pretty much made him into a jack*ss!!!

I agree! I used to really like Ryan up until recently. He is just so annoying! When he was married to Gillian did he want children or not? I can't remember.
