Hey Everyone!

Hope that you all had happy holidays!

Did anyone happen to catch the actresses who play Bianca and Lena on "The View", this morning? It was a nice interview - the theme of the show was "Hot Topics" and they had Bianca and Lena on to discuss THE KISS. It was a nice discussion and they both looked great and had positive things to say about the storyline and the experience of filming the scene. Apparently, they are going to make Lena truly interested in Bianca (I guess they are already starting to move the story in that direction, instead of having Lena just use Bianca to get BoydBoydBoyd's formula). They showed the clip of the show that includes the kiss and it looks pretty emotional.

I also thought that it was so ridiculous that they ended the last show with Erica running out into the rain after Jack, Faith - that was soooo "Soap Opera", you know? There was no reason for it! Especially after she turned down his proposal (I'm surprised that she did - I was so sure that she would say "yes", after ogling her bubblegum machine ring, for the past several days!).

And I can't believe that after what Kendall tried to do to BoydBoydBoyd, he's still defending her and is convinced that Michael put her up to seducing him (which he did, but I can't believe that he is still defending Kendall!). At least Simone is smart enough to see that he's still interested in Kendall, instead of setting herself up for another heartache with yet another emotionally unavailable man!

Nice thought about bringing Scorpio back from the dead, Eeyoreforever........but I have a weird feeling that they are already laying the groundwork for Anna to get together with Jack, now that Erica has "dumped" him and after they made that big (boring) point of having Jack and Anna have lunch together, last week.

Hey, all! Anyone remember me?!?! Sorry I've been such a stranger. Besides my "part-time" job interferring with my computer time, my life has just been beyond crazy this year.

I do manage to keep up with the show in marathon sessions on the weekends. I am very upset that Jack Scalia is leaving. What a waste of a hunk that was!! And I hate what they're doing to his character to facilitate his departure. Boooo!!

And I love Erica but what was up with that scene in the rain the other day?!?! Shades of Kendall and Ryan's demise. UGH! I love Jack but how many times do we have to go there?!?! Geez!

Love, love, LOVE Tad and Lysistrata! I'm so glad the writers are FINALLY allowing Tad to move on. I thought for awhile there they were going to make him go longer than poor Edmund did. LOL! How cute were those scenes with Joe and then later with Brooke after she had witnessed Tad asking Lysistrata out?! Loved it!

Okay, now for the real reason I'm popping in. I see the SSW dates have been set already. Sad to say I don't think I'm going to make it this year. Now that I'm working again November starts my busy season so dh and I are talking about going in October instead for the F&W Fest. We are also talking about driving so we will have to travel on weekends and be at WDW during the week. Sorry, ladies - maybe next year. I am looking forward to meeting up with Lisa in June though!

My slow season starts pretty soon so hopefully I can start checking in more often! Miss you guys!!

Thanks for Checking in, even if it was sad news....not going to SSW that is. I guess I will have to TINGLE with Christine along witnessing it! I am SOO glad I got Pictures of Chris/Jack last year! If you need a Jack Fix let me know, I will Email you one! I know what you mean about work, I can barely get a day off myself, now that I am fulltime. Saw about 15 min of the show today, HO HUM!

Hi Pam! Carlos was apparently a high school student in Stuart's Art Class, and Stuart inspired him to create sculptures out of things found on the streets, and to do better in school, in general. So much for our theory about Carlos being a titled millionaire, I guess! Maybe he will turn out to be an artistic genius. though (like Henry), and that will appeal to Greenlee (like Maggie).

Meanwhile, Mia and Ed-dumb? I know that I keep saying that I don't "buy things", but........I just don't buy it! He goes from a mature, experienced woman like Brooke to......Mia????!!! I just don't get it! Alex and Anna, I understood, but Mia???? I don't know - there's something nice about the concept of them helping eachother get over Jake and Maria, together, but Ed-dumb's past tastes in women (Kit Fischer nothwithstanding) don't "jibe" with his interest in Mia!

I liked the scene in Henry's family's restaurant with Maggie, Henry, Maureena, and Aidan, today......even though Henry's mother had to rear her disapproving "head"!

I definitely think that Kendall's acting abilities have improved, since she joined the show......she no longer does that weird "neck swinging" thing, and didn't whine as much today as she did when she "lost" Ryan! I hope that she realizes that Greenlee was trying to help her, very soon! I still can't believe that she's falling for Michael's "plan"!

Now, doesn't it seem like they switched his storyline somewhere? How come when he was first at Fusion he didn't speak English? Suddenly, he spoke English quite well, then he was writing poetry and now it turns out he's been in the U.S. at least a few years? I guess we can't put too much "reality" into our soaps?

I don't think that they know what the heck they're doing with Carlos! They seem to keep changing direction with him. Hopefully they'll give him some defining characteristics (aside from being in love with Greenlee) some time, soon!

Loved Kendall's and Greenlee's "cat fight", today! That was the best part of the show!

So had Michael planned to "frame" Erica, by making her look like the one who's paying off the lady to sue Fusion, all along? Or did he just decide to do that when she refused to cooperate with his joint venture idea?

I actually thought that the kiss was done very nicely and tastefully. I thought that the whole scene with Bianca and Lena was very well done - they both did a really nice job with it - it has me rooting for Bianca and Lena, now, whereas before, I totally couldn't see them together.

Actually, the entire episode today was pretty good - much better than the show has been in general, recently! This whole Michael-Lena-Boyd-Bianca-Erica-Liza-Kendall-Fusion thing is turning out to be kind of exciting! Lots of relationships involved, there - Erica and Kendall, Kendall and Michael, Kendall and BoydBoydBoyd, Jack and Erica, etc. etc. It will be interesting to see how it pans out, once it comes out that Michael was behind everything and that Lena was working for him, all along. I wonder if Bianca will ultimately side with Erica or Lena? And I wonder if this will finally end the feud between Kendall and Erica?

Anyway, even though so many of the plots seem to have been disjointed, lately, at least the writers are bringing these plots together!

Bianca and Lena just don't go together for me. Lena seems way too old for Binks. Just my 2 cents.

I too enjoyed all the twists and turns of the storylines today. I can't wait until Michael gets what is coming to him......

I know what you mean, Pembo - I thought it was interesting that Myrtle brought up the similarities between the way that Lena was acting and Erica's patterns with men........maybe Bianca almost sees a "mother figure" in Lena! Still, I think it's nice how Bianca's "innocence" balances Lena's "worldly sophistication". Not that a relationship between those personality types would exist in the real world..........especially not in the workplace........especially not when in that workplace, the CEO is the mother of one of the people involved.........but this is just a soap opera, I guess!

Maybe Kendall and Bianca will become closer, after they find out that they have been betrayed by Michael and Lena. I hope that Michael gets what's coming to him soon, too!
