Thank you for posting all of those great an informative links, Aprille. Wow. I can't believe the possible shake-up / new direction that AMC may have or be taking.
If they're going to concentrate on the younger characters, at least get some good actors in there to play them! What ever happened to the days of younger AMC actors of the caliber of Kelsey and Kevin?! Now we're stuck with the wooden acting of JR (scrunchy face), Laurie (who never smiles), and Joanie (who is about as exciting as Laurie)?!! Jamie is decent - maybe they could build storylines around him, Colby (cheese), Maddie, and Sam......or better yet, leave the acting to Petey Cortlandt, if they're going to concentrate on the "younger characters"! This is just ridiculous! They're going to lose their great and long-time stable of talent - muchless their long-time stable of fans - if they focus on these idiotic, boring, horribly acted storylines! UGH!!!!!!
With that said.......why didn't Kendall object to Ed-dmb's walking into her new home, using his key??? Couldn't she have him arrested for trespassing, or something?!! The whole thing with him slipping Maureena David's drug in her drink is stupid.
The scene with Jamie trying to convince Joanie to go out with him was nice, but JR and Laurie......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
And again - who the heck is "Morgan" and why is she after Aidan??!!
And why is Tad "out of town", when he promised never to leave JR, during this "tough time", again??!!

FOJMO - Maureen is Maria, but she lost her memory after the plane crash because David had given her an experimental drug with the side effect of memory loss. He made up a new life for her and told her to believe it (because he didn't want her remembering that he gave her an experimental, unapproved drug). Brooke and Tad found her and brought her back to PV. She knows that she "used to be" someone named "Maria", and has been told her background (that she was married to and had a family with Edmund, that she was a neuro surgeon, etc.), but she remembers very little, in spurts. David told Edmund that he is working on yet another experimental drug that might help Maureen fully recover her memory as Maria, but that it's not ready yet......still Edmund stole it and put it in her drink on Friday, because he is totally impatient and expects Maureen to instantly turn back into Maria.
The guy with the kid at the clinic is Trey, a relatively new character. He used to be "bad", now he's "good", he's a lawyer who was raised in foster homes and can relate to Reggie's unstable upbringing, so I guess he's taking him in to help him out. Trey is the biological son of Vanessa (Leo and David's mother) and Richard Fields (the guy who raped Erica, years ago, who is also Kendall's father).

This kid is pathetic. It's painful to watch all the nose-scrunching and eye and mouth twitching.
