Two things about the show yesterday..

Adam's multimillion dollar yacht was destroyed. Blown into a million matchsticks. He seemed remarkably calm. Maybe he didn't know? Maybe he sold it behind the scenes? Or, maybe knowing Adam, it was insured for 3 times it's value?

Every single person at the art showing was dressed up for the event. Everyone, except Carlos, the star of the show. He was wearing ratty jeans and a see through blouse for the event. What is that back to the future. Isn't that shirt from the 1970s?

At least the storylines on AMC seem to be picking up. I guess if they are to pair Tad with Simoaaaaaan they have to have Lyistrada dump him... Sad, I think she is really funny.

AMC'S MATHISON IS BACK!
Ryan Lavery is zooming back to All My Children, the show confirms. Cameron Mathison -- who left AMC last July -- will reprise the role. Check out the 6/10/03 issue of SOAP OPERA WEEKLY for the latest scoop on the popular actor's big comeback.
Mathison and his wife, Vanessa, moved to Los Angeles, where Mathison landed roles on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and The Job. The Mathisons also welcomed a son, Lucas, on March 20.

i am so happy that erica and kendall aren't at each other's throats for now. don't know how long it will last, but it's nice for now...

does anyone here watch port charles? i did when it first started, but haven't kept up with it at all...but i saw a commercial the other day and swore that i saw the guy that played duke on general hospital years ago...ian buchanan or something like that. anyway, if anyone watches, is he on there? just curious...

i saw the guy that played duke on general hospital years ago.

That was him alright! He's now a vampire in Port Charles. I guess it's another quirk of soap operas that no one from Port Charles recognized him as his former self. (Hadn't really thought of that until you mentioned it.)

i thought it was him!! i knew that he had moved to the bold and the beautiful awhile back, but didn't realize that he was back in PC...now if they really do move anna over to GH, maybe they'll do one of those cross over story lines...where she thinks it's duke but we know it's not or something goofy like that...

Yes it is true about Cameron returning to AMC. You should be seeing him on the show in July sometime. My girlfriend is friends with him (she's had two luncheons with him as the main star) and as we speak she is out in Calif. having either lunch or drinks with Cameron. She went out there with her daughter and another girlfriend today for SSW. I will fly out to meet her on Friday at the park but couldn't get away early enough to be at the meeting with Cameron. I will get all the dirt from her hopefully tonight when she calls me. So it is good news for all you Ryan Lavery fans!

Thanks for the welcome! My girlfriend called me late last night
(11:45 PM EST) to tell me that they just had about an hour visit with Cameron over drinks. She said that he is so excited about coming back to AMC and will be starting to tape in 3 weeks. They got to see pictures of Vanessa and the baby. He said that he has to lose a few pounds before coming back but I bet he still looks great and it won't take him no time at all to lose whatever he thinks he has to lose. LOL!
I too can't wait to watch him on the show again. I think it's fair to say that AMC needs him back. Somehow the show seems to be lacking without the Ryan or Josh. At least one of them is coming home! So if anyone is going to the AMC luncheon in August and or the SSW in Orlando in November, I'm sure he will be there. Get in his line early because I can bet my life that the lines will be long.....
