Something else I was thinking of. Last year, in April, they had Super Soap Weekend hear in California at California Adventure. I posted some pictures of it when I returned. Well, they haven't announced anything for this year, so I assume they tried it in California and are not going to do it again-Bummer! Also, all of the men I stood in line for and got autographs for are now gone-Chris (Or he will be gone), Jake, and Ryan. I'm pretty sad for Jack Scalia-I think he really enjoyed being on All My Children and really felt he found a home there. Do you think Chris is the mystery man that Jack hired Aidan to help "put away"?

Oh and Lisa, flighty short-term memory Simoooan! I mean, Frank, who? I thought it was pretty nifty how casually she got over everything...Greens' father-her ex-lover-dying, the Frank fiasco, but most noticeably...witnessing her brother's OD death! Now she's flinging herself at the maintenance dude and leading that lawyer around by the nose. Boy, is she resilient!

Kendall and Aidan-will they get together again? Mia's a free agent now too...and there're now a whole new crop of faces ...I don't know...let's spin the AMC LOVE ROULETTE and see who gets whom.

I want to see a mature BINKS laying out her smooooothest lines for the Eurospy lady. Maybe she'll croon a tune at the PVI lounge bar. GO BINKS.

PNelson - I think that Trey is the guy whom Jack hired Aidan to "put away" - I guess that that is the lame way that they are going to write him off the show - by putting him in jail. Remember how Jack told Erica something like "when I return, I'm going to bring you something that will make you very happy" or "....something that will convince you that you should be with me..." or whatever? I'll bet that he was referring to finally putting Trey behind bars for burning down Erica's house (gee, sure took him long enough - they dropped that whole storyline for months, and are now just picking it up again to have an excuse to boot Trey out the door.... ). Also, Jack confronted Trey at the jail, when Trey was bailing out Reggie - I guess that was supposed to be the beginning of Jack's campaign to convict Trey.

Pembo! FROG BOY WAS FIRED??!! YEA!!!!!! I'm going to look at your link, right now! Great news! We won't have to watch all of his twitching convulsions and axe murderer facial expressions, any more! In the mean time, it looks like they're keeping Joanie around - since they're involving her in more storylines, like having her be Ed-dumb's babysitter. I'll bet that there is a "reason" for that. And it was also interesting how Liza told her "I used to be you" - maybe they are going to groom her into being a mini-Liza. Speaking of the "kids", have any of you seen the Verizon commercial in which Drone Chick is briefly shown? I ask because she is actually SMILING in the commercial! Unbelievable - she's barely ever cracked a smile on AMC! Oh, and I'm up for that Vegas Road Trip, too - we'll go see "The-Hot-Men-Who-Left-Pine-Valley-Tour".......I wonder if Trey, Chris, Jake, and Frank will be joining Ryan and Leo, there......

Jeannie - it would be funny if Bianca broke out in song, the way that Erica did when David accidentally put that Libidozone in her drink, a few years ago! Remember that?

MaryJ - interesting analogy about Dimitri and Ed-dumb.......yes, I guess this is Ed-dumb's "Lord of the Manor" look.......I hope that he shaves it off - I was never a big fan of facial hair!

While the news may not come to a surprise to many AMC viewers -- Bassey's character hasn't had a front burner storyline in many, many months -- it is a shocking move since Bassey has been a part of AMC for nearly 20 years.

It is unclear at this point how the decision to release Bassey will affect Marian's on-screen relationship with Stuart Chandler. </i>

So, another long time AMC alum is canned? When is this going to stop? I will admit, I am rather enjoying this girls of Fusion storyline, but will it be able to carry this whole show? If Maria and Edmund don't get back together soon, I really wonder how much longer John Callahan will be with AMC.....

Am I the only one who felt a great big "WHO CARES" when they had the love scenes with Aidan and MAURON(A)? (I may still be a day behind ) I laughed by behind off when sweet Isabella tore Maria a new one at the no-tell motel the morning after.

I'm really disappointed that they dropped the whole "Marion" drinking story that they started when Liza had her brain tumor-I think they could really do a lot with some of the older characters-alcoholism, Alzheimers, breast cancer-I know, cheery storylines, but at least they would have some substance.

I'm also confused by who Jack is after-Trey or Chris. It sounds like it could be either or both.

Also, I hope Liza doesn't hook up with Tad-I'm so sick of them recycling the same characters over and over again. By now, I think everyone is interrelated and pretty soon everyone in Pine Valley will be related. Then they could do a story on INCEST!

Had an OK weekend, its HOT HOT HOT here in MIAMI!! Right now, its 79 degrees! Doesn't surprise me about Marion being "let go" so to speak, wouldn't surprise me if ERICA is NEXT!!! She really doesn't make a lot of $$ doing that show, does she? Anyway, I think they should KICK off EVERYONE and re-name the Show: "ALL MY YOUNG CHILDREN". What do YOU all think??? The show is annoying lately. I do like the Fusion girls though, pretty good. I am thinking that Michael and the new chick @ Enchantment (sorry forgot her name) are in cahoots - big trouble I smell! What a jerk giving Kendall that ultimatim! Creep.

Oh my God - I can't believe that they are taking Marian off contract! That is horrible! I love Marian and she has so much potential! They need to get rid of the useless no-talent losers like Mia (I really wanted to smack her, over the past 2 days - whiny spoiled brat!), Drone Chick, and Sister Christian! I feel so badly about Marian.......who will be next???

I just KNEW that they were going to try to throw Tad and Liza back together at some point, soon! To be honest.....I would much rather see Liza with Tad than with Adam, at this point - I think that Liza and Adam's on-again-off-again-game-playing-marriage has run its course......!

Loved Opal telling off Erica! She deserved it! And are they going to make Chris a criminal, all of a sudden, after spending the last 2 years trying to show what a "nice guy" he is, after we all were originally led to believe that he was Proteus??? So stupid.

And what is Michael after? It seems like he is there to create (even more of) a rift between Kendall and Erica......maybe in the hopes that both of their businesses will collapse and he can take them both over?? Why else would he have been dropping those hints (lies) to Kendall about how Erica had been coming on to him and using him to hurt her? She should just be with BoydBoydBoyd already, and save herself the heartache!

I have to agree, Liza really looked good. She has been looking better for a while now. I don't know if it is her haircut or her clothes or what but she looks great. Same with Opal, when she was reading Erica the riot act she looked great. And I have to agree with the others Erica deserved it. Erica is really throwing a big pity party lately. I am glad most people are refusing to attend.

What is up with this Michael/Kendall story. I assumed that if he was demanding s-e-x or he would leave that Kendall would kick him to the curb. What kind of crud is that? I really thought that they had grown Kendall's character enough where she would have told him to take a long walk off a short pier (into a cold lake.) I was disapointed when I saw the previews for today's show with Kendall and Mikey boy knocking boots.

One last observation.. JR is gone (or will be soon) leaving Drone Chick, Sister Christian and Jamie(we need a name for him.) Does anyone else smell a love triange like the Tad/Liza/Whatshername story from decades back?

Everything old is new again...... (That's what they should rename AMC.)
