It was feeling like a Friday to me! Thank goodness, my workshops are over until July 20th. NOW, I feel like I am officially on vacation.

Congrats to An & Marc! As Melanie says in Gone With The Wind, the best days are when babies come.

I hope everyone has plans for a fun weekend!!

I guess I should put some packing into my weekend plans. One of my suitcases has to make a trip to Colorado first, though, as Trent is leaving tomorrow to do another Tough Mudder.

I cannot believe we're almost 2 months away. I think I'll be so excited to get to WDW that I'll cry more than usual.

I saw the big news on Anita's Facebook. That is so exciting!

Hope your workshop went well. And, I'm glad you have a Disney store again! I need to figure out how to get to the one nearest me.

I was excited to be able to buy some baby things at our Disney Store this afternoon. We got out of the workshop a few minutes early, so the girl I was riding with asked if I wanted to go ahead and go by the mall while we were out that way. She got her daughter a Minnie Mouse bathing suit.

After the show, I think all the guys went off to DTD, and all the girls went back to the room. Trent and Jarvis were also leaving that night. I think I might have been kind of wiped out, because this evening is a bit of a blur to me.

I could feel the trip coming to an end. The desparation of gathering up all of the magic I could - enough to last SIX MONTHS - was evident in my pictures. I was taking pictures of resort TV.

We don't get to ride Small World much; not one of Declan's favourites. In fact the last time we rode we had to force him on.

We do the same to our girls. We tell them they have to ride it before they can ride anything else. Actually, I think they don't hate it as much as they act like. I think they just like to make us think they hate it so they can pretend they are doing us a favor.

I was looking for something for Brooklynn to put some of her Disney flower petals in. She had several little ones in a ziplock bag.

The DIS definitely helps get through from trip to trip! I was so happy to see all of the Flower and Garden stuff I missed this spring in other reports!

I was going to do church camp shopping today, but I decided to go see the new baby instead, along with doing some other errands. I'll do the camp stuff tomorrow.

I was going to try to finish this in time to put some October trip pictures up before we leave, but I don't know that that is going to happen.

I hope you don't mind me interrupting your trip report to share some highlights of my pictures I took of Art of Animation on my trip last week at Pop. Maybe they will get you even more excited for your upcoming trip! You'll have a hard time containing yourself with all of the picture opportunities!

It is so nice to see life across the lake!

The Cars area is amazing, especially the "road" that you will walk on to get to the building fronts. In the first picture you can see Luigi, Guido, Flo, and in the back right is Fillmore. In the second picture are Doc and Ramone and if you look closely you can also see Mater on the right of the picture and Sarge in the back middle. I was amazed at how many Cars characters there were. The last picture shows Sheriff at dusk with his headlights and siren light on. Disney is definitely in the details!

There are drawings of two different characters on each side of the buildings. The end of the building shows those two characters coming together in color.

There is a playground outside of the pool area which my nephew enjoyed. You may not be able to pool hop, but I think it is okay to playground hop!

It was also amazing to me the way that the landscaping was made to make you feel like you were "under the sea."

I also am including a picture taken from outside our building at Pop on May 25th during the worst of the brush fire while we were there. We were headed back to the resort and really thought Pop Century was on fire. It was supposedly a few miles away, but you wouldn't believe it from this picture. It ended up burning over 20 acres along Interstate 4 and Osceola Parkway. Thank goodness they got it under control pretty quickly. It was scary for a few moments!

Okay, sorry for the hijack. Back to your regular scheduled programming...

Awww!!! I really hat the last day I usually am ready to go home, but wish that it was the beginning of the trip at the same time. Thanks for the shopping pics. I would actually love a cup of the regular cheesecake about now.

Now I've never been to Pop (unfortunately!!) but because of that, I believe I'd choose the tie-dyed cheesecake. It looks so good!
