Kenny is very overloaded I think. He really needs to get more help / upgrade his system, but I am not sure he can afford to (with his low prices). We just rented 2 carts from him for 12 days (ending last week), and I have say it was the worst (only real bad) experience we have had with him ever (with 6+rentals). First he told me the wrong place for one of the carts, and had to locate it and call me back (not a real big deal). He then told me one of the carts had a broken window (it was minor) but not to worry because he had it documented and would be out to fix it in a couple days. He never did show up to fix it, but like I said it was small, so no big deal. (As a side note, both carts looked fairly worn with balding front tires, etc). The real problem was after we left the carts, he called about an hour later and accused my wife (I was driving) of breaking the window and a headlight! He didn't relent until my wife told him we had photos of the carts and reminded him of the broken window when we picked up the carts. I really think all of this is because he is overwhelmed. Like I said we have used Kenny many times and he has always been great, but he is very hard to get in touch with / very busy.
