Waiting on ROFR

On Dec 31 our papers were submitted to Disney RoFR for the boardwalk and We haven’t heard anything back yet. Anyone else submit Dec 31 and have you heard?

Had a small BLT sent on the 31st…no word yet.

Coincidentally, a week earlier (22nd) we cleared RoFR in 2 days with a CCV contract. Can’t get used to that though.

Hang in there. My BLT resale was submitted on 12/30 & passed ROFR on 1/15 - - I’m betting you hear today or tomorrow at the latest

That first contract feels like AGES to get done. I was checking my email at least 20 times a day waiting to hear back about ROFR. Then closing, waiting for your account activation emails and finally points to load. It feels like time is moving backwards through all this lol. Hang in there! Before you know it, you'll be booking your first DVC stay

Yes. It feels like it is taking forever. Getting anxious as we can’t to book a trip for end of December around my daughter and my schedule. We don’t have much flexibility.
