All Access Pass

We were told at check-in that the all access pass doesn't get you any discount, and/or upgrade at HRH......I had read on the diz that people had gotten upgrades using this.......any one else have experience with this?????????

I've never heard of an All Access Pass before so I'm bumping your post in case someone else has an answer.
