I sent an email to Hard Rock to inquire about All Access Discounts for June 2003. They emailed back that there will be no discounts but that the card is good for a complimentary upgrade at check-in? Is this correct? Was All-Access discount usually better than Fan Club or Entertainment? If you are booked on Club Level what upgrade could you possibly get?
