Here's my plan. I didn't treadmill this morning like I usually do. I actually got up, put on my workout clothes and then sat on the couch and watched news!!! This is now 2 days I haven't exercised.

My daughter has soccer tonight and it's raining, so I'm sure I won't walk tonight.

So I'm going to walk during my lunch in the halls. At least I'll get in a half hour of exercise rather than none. Plus I'll be going up and down stairs. This may be the jump start I need.

Plus tomorrow is my weigh in day and I at least hope to maintain.

MD was great.......but I ate things I shouldn't have.
WATP for me today...........even though we still have company.
Hopefully I will get it done before anyone gets up (I can't exercise in front of people :( )
 
I'm jumping on board!!! I totally derailed this weekend! I had been falling off track since last week and finally derailed!!

I am back on board and back on induction!!

As for exercise, I am resting my sore ankle from my soccer game this past friday night................I plan to play again this Friday!!

I need the inspiration....................
 
I have been on Induction for awhile now, but derailed on the excersize lately, so every night I am definitely going to be walking...I can see it makes a difference because I feel much better after walking a few miles each day! :):)
 
I am back on! I WATP this morning to get rid of that big caboose of mine! :)

ME too ME too!!

I plan to go for mom and daughter walk this evening. My oldest DD is away for the week at "Science Camp." So youngest DD and I will walk down to the soccer field and play a little and then walk back. It won't give me an "intense" workout but it is better then sitting and watching TV or worse EATING for no good reason.

I am hoping that a friend of my mom's will be able to fix my VCR for me so I can WATP's again.

I am the same way (for the most part). My DD's want to exercise with me but I just get to selfcconscience about it. So I am going to try to WATP's in the AM, before they get up, and maybe go for walks a few nights a week with my DD's.
