Thought we'd try the restaurant in Italy, but when looking at their menu, can't really find anything our 16-year old son might like. He's not really into pasta dishes ... could he get a pizza there, or maybe some grilled seafood?

I'm not sure, but if you can't find anything on the menu, I wouldn't chance it. Try Palio at the Swan resort. Birnbaum's Offical Guide named it the best Italian Cuisine over Alfredo di Roma in 2004. :)

I don't know about the pizza, but the food was really good. I know a lot of people don't like it, but I thought it was delicious. I had the vodka shrimp dinner and the tiramisu for dessert, yummy!

My 16 yr old son doesn't like pasta much either so he got this mushroom pizza & loved it!

Just went for lunch last week. They do have pizza, didn't try it but looked very good. We both ordered fettucine alfredo and it was so good that I think that even someone who doesn't normally like pasta would go for it. Does he like cheese? This dish is a cheese lovers delight. Also there is a great variety of desserts, we had the chocolate cake and the espresso was the best coffee we had at WDW. I would recommend getting there at noon right when they open as this place can get crowded for dinner. We had a great waitress and excellent service. Can't wait to go back. Hope you enjoy your trip!

If you are going to dinner, I see that they have roasted chicken and grilled chicken. They do have sauces on them, but it should be no problem in asking them not put any on his dish.
