Alec Baldwin shows a disgusting level of liberal condescension

Sean Hannity called into a radio show that Baldwin was a guest on. They got into it and Baldwin called him a "former construction worker hack."

As if somehow being a construction worker makes him inferior. IMHO is adds more credence to Hannity as he can better empathize with the working man.

It was such an absolutely disgusting statement, and shows how out of touch Baldwin is. Typical Hollywood liberal who thinks he is better than the working man.

I question how any construction worker knowing this would put $ in his pocket.

He is talking ABOUT liberals. He distinguishes that there are Liberals- the left wing nutballs and then you have the Democrats- most of main stream America. He does make the distinction. He would never call Joe Liberman a Liberal.

The problem is that the "liberal Democrats" have a louder voice and he has to answer not to straight Democratic philosophy, but to the ranting attacks of the far left. If you listen, he will tell you that there are two democrats, the regular party and the far left wing. Unfortunately the regular party has allowed the far left to speak for all.

I'm sorry. I listen to him almost every day on my (thankfully very short) drive home from work. To be honest, he makes me want to puke. He's the biggest hypocrite and probably one of the *worst* examples of what Americans should stand for that I've ever heard. (In the sense that he calls himself a great American but is ridiculously judgmental and almost hateful at times).

I'll bet Kim Bassinger wishes he would. When we were in Hawaii about 7 years ago he and his brothers were there for a golf tournament. He came into the concierge room while I was having breakfast. He strutted up to the concierge and said; "Check our tee time now". She looked at him, knowing full well who he was and said, "Your name please". He turned a bit red and said "BALDWINNNZZZZZ". He got his time and stomped out. Hurray for Sean!!

No, he's actually pretty entertaining. I only agree with about 20% (at most) of what he says, but he definitely entertains me in the process. Lord knows that FM radio (and most of AM) is total crapola nowadays.

Hee heee... I was going to post the same thing. Just another Hollywood type blowing hot air. I wonder why the american public puts so much stock into what he or anyone else in Hollywood says... they're just actors for gosh sakes! I hate it when actors get political and use their celebrity to push their agenda.

I don't understand how this has anything to do with the fact that he is Democrat. To me, it ust sounds like a rich snob, who thinks his poo smells like roses, looking down on someone he doesn't think deserves celebrity status, because of his former life.

Question, wasn't the Baldwin family middle class before the boys found their way into show biz? I guess Alec has a memory loss.
